Payment is accepted by cash, check or credit card. We can also bill your insurance.
Check my list of insurance carriers with which I have a contract. Please call your insurance company and ask if I am a preferred provider, if your plan has acupuncture coverage, and how many visits per year they allow.
In consideration of others, please call 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule. A fee of $50 will be charged for no shows or missed appointments.

The preferred payment method is by PayPal or Credit Card through the PayPal site. You can pay online or at my office.
